How Does This Work?
First, schedule your free Discovery Session. Online or in-person, we will meet each other, and see if we are a good fit for coaching. Together we will evaluate where you are and where you want to go.
Next , we will map a course to get you there. This will include weekly sessions, check-ins by text, and adventurous homework assignments.
Finally, we will periodically assess our progress to evaluate our course. We will make adjustments along the way to make sure we create a custom coaching plan that works for you.
